Your function
You will join a dynamic and experienced team of jurists working on various types of individual and collective labour law matters.
You will work on a wide spectrum of challenging Employment and Labour Law cases providing legal service of the highest quality in relation to
- termination of individual employment contracts,
- Compensation & Benefits,
- corporate restructurings (including collective dismissals),
- plant closure,
- transfer of undertaking,
- employment-related litigation,
- Health & Safety,
- social audits,
- due diligence,
- inspections and criminal investigations,
- social relations with trade unions, etc.
Your profile
- Law degree with an excellent academic record obtained in Belgium.
- Min. 7 years of experience as an Employment Lawyer or Legal Consultant.
- Dutch speaker with an excellent command of English.
- Team player passionate about labour and employment law.
- Excellent research, drafting and legal skills.
- Client-oriented and have a hands-on mindset.
