What does it cost me as a candidate?

Professional recruitment and executive search services are entirely free of charge for candidates. The employer only pays upon successful placement. You can therefore use our services without any obligation, whether for market intelligence, guidance, interview preparation, salary negotiation or career advice.

Confidentiality is the foundation of our service. Most candidates are still professionally active and want to explore the market without exposing themselves. That is why we never share a CV, profile or personal data without your explicit consent. Every step happens with your agreement.

What exactly do you do for me?

Applying for jobs is a job. Ours. We take everything off your plate: from the first introduction and selection of relevant vacancies, to preparation for every interview, feedback after each round, salary negotiation and support right through to the signature and beyond.

Here is how it works in practice:

We start with an introductory conversation, by phone or (video) face-to-face. The conversation has three parts:

  • First, a brief introduction of who we are and the quality we stand for.
  • Then, it is entirely about you: your background, your current situation, your skillset, your ambitions and your wishes.
  • Finally, we discuss the vacancy, the firm or the company: role content, culture and practical matters.

Depending on your interest and whether our expertise can meet your expectations and those of the client, you give your consent to be put forward, anonymously or not. We always explain our view on whether a potential fit exists and, where relevant, suggest alternatives or additional options.

Clear communication and transparency are essential throughout any recruitment process. Why? Out of mutual respect and basic courtesy: we do not waste each other's time and we play the long game. We guide you through every step of the interview process, provide feedback, negotiate salary and deliver difficult messages when needed.

We like speed, but not quick wins at the expense of lasting ones. We look after the interests of both parties because we are in it for the long term.

Our fee is success-based - you only pay after a successful placement. We discuss rates during a no-obligation introduction, tailored to your situation.

How quickly can you introduce someone?

Usually within 48 hours for profiles in our network. For a full recruitment process, timing depends on the profile - we communicate transparently about the expected timeline.

Permanent, freelance or interim - what can you find?

All three. We specialize in permanent positions (law firms, in-house, partner & C-suite), legal freelancers and legal interim managers. A solution for every need.

How do you respect candidate confidentiality?

We never send a name, CV or contact details without double approval - from the candidate and from you as employer. Every profile is anonymized until both parties agree.

How does requesting a profile or vacancy work?

Get in touch for an intake - by phone or face-to-face. We discuss your needs, the profile and timing. Within 48 hours, we introduce a first selection.

Are there candidates who are not on the site?
