The first contact
We will contact you by phone to schedule the first meeting. And while we’re talking, take the opportunity to ask some pressing questions.
Meet each other in real-time (digitally)
During the first interview, we get to know each other. We will discuss your competences and previous work experience. Your career wishes and ambitions are of course also discussed. Based on this conversation, the Legal Talent Specialist will draw up a content briefing with which he will search for a suitable opportunity.
Feedback
We communicate clearly about the recruitment process. We communicate quickly and do not keep you waiting unnecessarily.
The conversation with the client
If you are retained, a meeting with the client follows. Some clients ask for something extra, such as an (online) assessment.
