Opmaken en voorbereiden van aktes op autonome wijze.

Behandeling en opvolging van dossiers in verschillende materies, m.n. verkoop, kredieten, nalatenschappen, vereffening & verdeling, echtscheidingen, vennootschappen, beslagen, openbare verkopen, etc.

Behandelen van vragen en advisering van cliënten.

Samen met de notarissen en andere teamleden zorgen voor een empathische en correcte dienstverlening naar cliënten toe.

U werkt op autonome wijze op dossiers, weliswaar met de juiste omkadering door de notarissen betrokken zijn bij de opvolging van de dossiers.
Indien u een voorkeur heeft voor bepaalde materies dan houdt men hier rekening mee.
Your profile
-
Belgische Master in de rechten. Een ManaMa notariaat is een troef maar geen vereiste.

Minstens 6 jaar ervaring als notarieel jurist of medewerker.

Brede interesse en expertise in diverse juridische materies.

Punctueel en accuraat.
-
Empathisch en communicatie.
-
Autonoom en flexibel.
-
Nederlandstalig, goede kennis van Frans.
