Your function

As a part of our client Regulatory practice, you will advise on and give procedural assistance to clients concerning various regulatory matters including waste and soil regulations, permitting, public procurement procedures etc. Besides that, you will work closely with other practices on acquisitions and real estate transactions.

Your profile

  • Belgian Master’s degree in law with excellent academic record; 

  • From 1 to 4 years of experience; 

  • A broad interest in public and administrative law;  

  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch and French with a good knowledge of English;  

  • Strong analytical and technical skills, eagerness to learn; 

  • A hands-on and proactive mentality.

Our client, a Top Tier law firm, is looking for a Junior Associate to reinforce their Regulatory practice in Brussels.?Their regulatory team provides the highest level of advisory and litigation services to both Belgian and foreign private entities and public sector entities. Regulatory practise of our client is skilled in public procurement, administrative and public law, environmental and energy law, zoning and urban planning.
