Associate Corporate and M&A
Your function
Being part of this team, you will work on high profile domestic and cross-border cases providing legal service of the highest quality in relation to M&A transactions, private equity and venture capital deals, restructurings, shareholders and governance matters, manpack structuration, etc.
Your profile
-
Belgian Law degree with an excellent academic record. An LL.M. from a US / UK university is a plus;

From 2 to 5 years of experience as a Corporate and M&A lawyer obtained in a top tier law firm;
-
Passion about Corporate law matters, merges and acquisitions in all their aspects;
-
Native Dutch or French speaker, with an excellent command of English. Good knowledge of French or Dutch (respectively) is an asset;

Team player eager to work in a professional and stimulating atmosphere among a highly qualified team where the group atmosphere is key;

Excellent research, drafting and legal skills;
-
Client-oriented and have a hands-on mindset.
