Associate Environment, Energy & Natural resources
Your function
As a member of the team of our client you will assist clients with a wide range of matters regarding environment, energy and natural resources legal regulation. Among other responsibilities, you will:

Provide high quality legal advice and services working both with companies in the Belgian and EU energy sectors;

Draft various legal documents from contracts to legislative proposals and technical regulations;

Participate in litigations and cross-border negotiations;
-
Deal with public procurement and tender procedures, assist clients in obtaining subsidies and permits;

Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis;
-
Be involved in academic activities of experienced Team members and deliver presentations for internal educational events and client's seminars.
Your profile

Master's degree in Belgian law with a strong academic record;
-
A specialisation / background in Environmental or Energy law. Experience in Public law is a plus;

Genuine interest in the world of environment and energy is key;
-
Dutch or French speaking with a very good level of English;
-
Good communicator and proactive team player with a sense of initiative required in business life.
