Legal Counsel Transactional & Real Estate
Your function
As a Legal Counsel with a solid knowledge of Real Estate Law you will, among other responsibilities:

Provide complex legal advice regarding real estate related matters;

Draft and review various types of construction and real estate relate agreements;

Provide legal assistance in contract negotiations;
-
Follow-up on existing contracts;
-
Assist in the acquisition process, conduct legal due diligence;

Support dispute resolution processes.
Your profile
-
Master's law degree obtained in Belgium (with an excellent academic record). An LL.M. obtained abroad is an asset;
-
From 5 to 10 of experience in Real Estate Law as a lawyer or as a legal counsel in an international company, preferably with a focus on transactional work;
-
Fluency in Dutch, French and English;
-
Excellent legal drafting and technical skills;
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
-
You like to work in a team and enjoy sharing knowledge.
