1. U stelt zich kandidaat

Onze Legal Talent Specialisten analyseren uw opties en contacteren u binnen 48 werkuren.

2. Het eerste contact

Wij nemen telefonisch contact met u op om het eerste gesprek in te plannen. En als we elkaar toch al spreken, pak vooral de kans om alvast prangende vragen te stellen.

3. Elkaar in het echt (digitaal) ontmoeten

Tijdens het eerste gesprek maken we kennis met elkaar. We zullen ingaan op uw competenties en eerdere werkervaring.
En natuurlijk ook wat uw wensen en ambities zijn. De Legal Talent Specialist maakt op basis van dit gesprek een inhoudelijke briefing op waarmee hij op zoek gaat naar een geschikte opportuniteit.

4. Feedback

We communiceren duidelijk over het wervingsproces. We communiceren snel en laten u niet onnodig wachten.

5. Het gesprek met de opdrachtgever

Indien u weerhouden bent, volgt er een met de opdrachtgever. Sommige opdrachtgevers vragen om iets extra’s, bijvoorbeeld een (online) assesment, zoals een business case te maken.

6. Wederzijdse klik
