Shuang holds a Master’s in Information Management from KU Leuven and previously worked at EY Shanghai, where she gained experience in audit and financial advisory. This international background gives her sharp insight into financial processes, business dynamics, and the profiles that truly make an impact within finance teams.

With her analytical mindset, structured approach, and genuine interest in people, Shuang combines financial expertise with human connection. She works with finance professionals from analyst to CFO, helping organisations find talent that is not only technically strong but also aligned with their culture and growth ambitions.
