As Recruitment Director, Ségolène leads the Legal & Finance practices at Steve Skills. She oversees C-level recruitment for SMEs and large corporations – including CFOs, General Counsels, and Heads of Finance & Legal – as well as partner recruitment for law firms, ranging from boutique to national BeLux firms. Acting as a single point of contact for clients at the highest level, she combines strategic oversight with operational excellence.

With over five years of experience in niche recruitment, having started her career as a Recruitment Consultant, Ségolène brings a deep understanding of the market and a strategic, long-term perspective to every assignment. She manages both Team Toga and Team Industry, ensuring excellence in delivery, transparent communication, and a strong alignment of interests between clients and candidates.

Before entering the recruitment world, Ségolène practised as a lawyer for five years at the French-speaking Brussels Bar, specialising in Commercial & Real Estate Law. Her legal foundation, combined with her analytical mindset and people-focused approach, quickly made her an incontournable specialist in legal and finance recruitment.

Ségolène holds a Master of Laws from KU Leuven, an LL.M. in Comparative & International Dispute Resolution from Queen Mary University of London, and a Postgraduate in Real Estate from KU Leuven.
Fully trilingual (NL–FR–EN), she bridges perspectives and cultures with clarity, pragmatism, and commitment.
