You obviously know the answer, and this question seem almost bizarre. However, as specialised legal recruitment consultants, we frequently encounter similar sceptical comments. What is the “added value” of partnering with an external niche recruitment agency? The reservations vary and are often expressed as: ‘Isn’t it very expensive to just present a few CVs?’ or ‘What can you do for me and my career path? I know what I want, and I have an extensive qualitative network myself.’ So, what exactly is our added value?
