A: Succes is being happy with who you are at this time in your life, both on a personal and professional level. You will achieve great things when you appreciate what you have in life and work hard towards your goals.
Q: How do you tackle a challenging workday?
A: Make to-do lists (on paper) and set priorities. Make sure to schedule in your urgent/important to do’s in specific time blocks so you can have some clear focus moments.
Q: Share your top 3 hobbies.
A: Spending time with my family and friends. Sports. Enjoying nice food.
Q: How do you balance work and personal life?
A: Organisation is key. Prioritise what is important for your personal growth and happiness. Have a flexible and pragmatic mindset.

A: Sincerity – Positivity – Pragmatism (I know that’s 3 😉)

A: Difficult to make that choice. Peaky Blinders, Game of Thrones and The Crown.

A: Dispute resolution in general + real estate law.

A: I don’t like working as “an island”. Share know-how, exchange experiences, challenges and learn from each other. I get a lot of energy from working with other people, both colleagues and (potential) candidates and/or clients.

A: Perseverance and market knowledge are frequently-used qualities in this function. Let’s be honest, for easy-to-fill positions, people do not turn to us as intermediaries.
